How to make barbeque in a Grill Microwave oven?

In just a few minutes, you can make yummy baked barbeque chicken in a grill microwave oven, using only pantry ingredients and following the tips in this post.

Whenever you make a quick-and-easy weeknight dinner, pull the main ingredients out of the refrigerator just as soon as possible. Pull your chicken out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature so it can lose some of its chill while mixing your sauce.

This quick, easy recipe calls for boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but you could use boneless chicken thighs instead, though you’d need to add a few minutes to the cooking time.

If you are busy, it’s always worth buying the BBQ sauce from nearby grocery store. Or just make a sauce following these easy steps:

How easy is it to eat? Believe me, it’s just that difficult to make these spicy, juicy BBQs.

All you have to do is mix up a delicious homemade barbecue sauce with just a few pantry ingredients: ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and apple cider vinegar. And yes, and a bit of hot sauce for a little kick.

Since I don’t have a mixing bowl, I use a gallon-size Ziploc bag to combine all my ingredients. Once all the ingredients are combined, I simply seal the bag and squish everything all around.

In fact, using the Ziploc bag makes it super easy to cover all the chicken thighs with sauce. Salt and pepper the chicken thighs on both sides, then add them to the sauce. Coat them well, and allow them to rest for about 15 minutes.

Using tongs, remove the chicken thighs from the bag so I don’t get my hands completely messy. Place the chicken thighs on a rimmed baking sheet, leaving a little space between each piece, so they don’t overcrowd. Hands are just as fine, though I don’t want my hands to get completely messy.

Bake everything in the pan for about 35 minutes. That’s it. As easy as can be. If you’re doing it for the first time, it might seem a little complicated at first, but once you understand, it’s simple as pie.
